Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
Understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and post on relevant platforms
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate details
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with the latest technologies and hiring trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field
Proven experience in technical/IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of IT terminologies, job functions, and technologies
Experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, or other ATS platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for both domestic and international markets (US, UK, etc.)
Exposure to contract staffing or RPO models
Basic understanding of compliance, visa regulations (H-1B, etc.)
