Job Description

Position:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates from various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Screen and evaluate resumes based on job descriptions for IT roles (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, etc.).
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical and communication skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback.
Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of basic IT terminology (training will be provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong learning attitude and attention to detail.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/BCA/MCA preferred but not mandatory).
Internship experience in recruitment will be a plus.
