IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Use multiple sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, social media, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and applicant data in the ATS.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract roles.
Understanding of technical skill sets and basic screening questions.
Prior experience working in a staffing or consulting firm is a bonus.
