Job Description

Role: IT Recruiter Experience: 6 months to 18 months of experience in Technical Recruitment Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Mode) Job Type : Permanent Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment. Understanding requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement. Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including internal databases, job boards, headhunting, and networking. Engage candidates to strategically position job opportunities. Council candidates to assist them in making the right decision. Understanding candidates' profiles to evaluate role fitment (screening and shortlisting). Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers. Manage scheduling and coordination-related activities in the entire recruitment process. Build and strengthen relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery. Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess talent availability.
