About The Opportunity

Staffing & Recruitment services focused on IT and Technology hiring supporting product engineering, cloud, data, and infrastructure teams across India. We partner with high-growth and enterprise customers to source and place top technical talent in remote-first environments.

Role:

Technical Recruiter (Remote, India)Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, QA, product, and data roles across India from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and targeted outreach campaigns to build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct technical screening interviews, assess candidate fit against role profiles, and coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate lifecycle in the ATS and CRMensure accurate data, timely communications, and excellent candidate experience for remote hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role briefs, market mapping, compensation benchmarking, and support offer preparation and negotiation to close top talent.
  • Track recruiting metrics, maintain pipeline dashboards, and recommend process improvements to reduce time-to-fill and increase quality-of-hire.
