Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Build and maintain a talent pool for different job positions. - Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and job specifications. - Conduct initial resume screenings and interviews to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant team members. - Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, according to company criteria and budget. - Manage rejection communications professionally to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, hiring metrics, and reports. - Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends to inform future strategies. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to fulfill the assigned requirements. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Fresher to 8 months - Education: Any field graduate interested in pursuing a career in HR Recruitment. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
