Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter specializing in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for C2H roles across various domains. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless transition from contract to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for C2H positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for C2H roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with staffing agencies and vendors as needed.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and transition from contract to permanent employment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking records in ATS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize hiring strategies.
