Job Title: IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top tech talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver the right candidates in a timely manner.
• Utilize various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media to attract candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate feedback with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate databases, generate recruitment reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
• (Bonus) Work collaboratively with internal teams to align hiring with Recruitment -Process-Outsourcing (RPO)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of tech roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, etc.) and associated skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS tools and job boards.
• (Preferred) Exposure to RTO model hiring or hybrid workforce recruitment strategies.
