We are excited to welcome passionate recruiters with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle sourcing to onboarding.
Understand technical requirements for each role and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
Source candidates via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, assess technical skills, and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with the technical team and coordinate further rounds.
Maintain and update candidate database regularly (ATS/Excel).
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
Manage offer negotiations and follow-ups until successful onboarding.
Build a strong pipeline for niche skills and critical IT roles.
