Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Guide managers on setting KPIs, coaching, and employee development plans. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. Support leadership development and succession planning. HR Policy & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations. Conduct audits to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate risks. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs. Benchmark compensation packages and recommend improvements. HR Strategy & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to support HR planning and decision-making. Contribute to HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. Updating of all statutory records. Required Qualification : 1. Any Graduate with relevant work experience in Human Resources. 2. Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication. 3.
