Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of contract-to-hire, C2H, it hiring, it recruitment, salary negotiation, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
