Job Description

Graduation from a technical background (BE/B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc IT) preferred. 3 years of Experience in IT / Technology hiring. Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements. Detailed analysis of the Job Description (JD) to understand the requirements thoroughly. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle. Build strong candidate relationships & and credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals. Submitting the candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration. Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & and video calls. Should have work experience or good knowledge in recruitment consultancies. Excellent English Communication Skills - written and verbal, convincing skills, and negotiation skills Good Knowledge of IT Technologies. Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure. Opportunity to work with niche skills.
