IT Recruiter

As an experienced professional with 4-6 years of work experience in the IT industry, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment life-cycle to source the best talent from diverse sources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing the recruitment plan in accordance with the manpower requirement forecast. - Collecting required documents from new hires and fixing their joining date. - Conducting past verifications of employees from previous employers if necessary. - Maintaining complete documentation for recruitment, offer letters, joining formalities, and salary negotiations. - Having a good understanding of team handling, grooming, and motivating employee psychology. - Being target-oriented and comfortable in a monthly target-based recruitment job. - Having knowledge of the latest company systems and policies related to HR, ISO, and CMMI. - Being in an HR or recruiter position from a corporate background.
