We're Hiring: – IT Recruiter

Experience - 0 to 3 yrs
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays: Half-day, based on workload

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any stream) – 2023/2024 pass-outs welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the talent acquisition domain
• Comfortable working from office, full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
