IT Projects & Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead MS Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage critical ad-hoc projects across global operations. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, hands-on tool implementation experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact business outcomes. A focus on tool decommissioning, cloud cost optimization, and operational efficiency is essential for this role.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management roles.
• Proven experience in

  MS Dynamics 365 implementation

  , specifically with

  Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM)

  and/or

  Project Operations (PO)

  modules.
• Expertise working with cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure) and FinOps optimization best practices, including cloud cost optimization and tool decommissioning.
• Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders across internal departments, vendors, and client organizations.
• Hands-on experience with project management frameworks, agile delivery models, and ITSM practices.
• Capability to train and build high-performing teams aligned with evolving technology needs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields (mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• PMP certification highly preferred to ensure structured project execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
