Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage stakeholder engagement by communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met while minimizing conflicts or issues.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or disruptions in project execution.

Job Requirements :

7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in program management.
Strong understanding of project life cycle including planning, execution, monitoring & control phases.
Excellent stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients/vendors/internal stakeholders.
