Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading IT projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in project execution.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management or related fields.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
