Job Description

As a Web and App Development Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of web designers/developers and app developers. Your role will involve catering to clients" requirements for website designing, development, and mobile applications (IOS/Android). You should have a thorough understanding of FrontEnd languages like HTML, CSS, and Java, as well as BackEnd Technologies like Magento, Drupal, Laravel, and PHP. Familiarity with development methodologies like Agile (Scrum) is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Work with management/team on plans and ideas, and provide deadlines accordingly. - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, conduct meetings if necessary, and maintain smooth communication. - Retain existing clients and practice upselling strategies.
