Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Fernandez Hospital. This role involves overseeing hospital-wide IT projects, adapting innovative solutions, and ensuring the efficient management of infrastructure and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, HIS and CRM systems, hospital applications, and emerging healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management :

  Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements. Coordinate with different departments to ensure project milestones are met. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Technology Strategy and Implementation :

  Collaborate with departmental heads to understand process flows and identify areas for technology intervention. Plan and implement new software and technologies to streamline hospital operations. Lead projects related to software, IT infrastructure, and process automation.

• Solution Adaptation & Vendor Interaction :

  Evaluate and adapt new technologies and solutions to meet organizational needs. Engage with vendors to explore and implement cost-effective, quality-driven IT solutions. Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor service contracts.

• Infrastructure Management :

  Manage and maintain IT network infrastructure including security, virtualization, Windows, Linux, and firewall systems. Oversee hospital data center with focus on uptime, backup, and disaster recovery. Implement and maintain robust LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN networks. Lead Active Directory implementation across departments.

• Hardware & Database Management :

  Maintain servers, cloud platforms, and hybrid colocation environments. Coordinate with third-party providers for database and application support. Conduct system audits and enforce compliance standards.

• Support Team Management :

  Supervise and mentor the IT support team. Establish SOPs and ensure adherence to SLAs. Drive MIS reporting with insights from HIS, CRM, and business analytics tools.

• Cybersecurity & Compliance :

  Develop IT policies and disaster recovery protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and local healthcare regulations. Prepare IT systems for audits and certifications.

• Stakeholder Collaboration :

  Act as liaison between IT and clinical/admin teams. Provide expert advice during procurement and project planning. Ensure alignment with hospital goals and financial constraints.

• Training & Innovation :

  Conduct regular training to enhance IT awareness. Evaluate and integrate AI, IoT, and RFID tracking solutions. Support the hospital's digital transformation and QMS (Quality Management System) digitization.

• Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation leadership.
• Deployment of Business Analytical Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of hospital business to actively contribute to MIS design.
• Participation in digitizing quality modules and QMS implementation.
• Website and Web Application project leadership.
• Management of cloud/colocation and hybrid server infrastructure.
• Learning Management System (LMS) setup and content coordination.
• Implementation of Valet Parking Tech Solutions.
• Development and management of WhatsApp Automation and Chatbots.
• Configuration and maintenance of SD-WAN and advanced Wi-Fi systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of IT management experience in healthcare or hospital domain.
• Strong knowledge of HIS, CRM, hospital process automation.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud, network security, and digital health tools.
• Leadership experience with strong communication and team-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Active Directory, IoT, RFID, and AI tools.
• Deep understanding of hospital operational and business requirements.
