IT Project Manager AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

Job Description: As a Project Manager in the AML technology domain, you will lead AML technology projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Your responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligning with business goals. You will oversee the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Collaboration with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Risk, Business) and external vendors is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee deployment, integration, and maintenance of AML systems to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met - Work on fine-tuning transaction monitoring, customer screening, and reporting systems with compliance teams - Lead data mapping, transformation, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for AML-related data - Collaborate with development teams on Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), automation, and enhancements to AML platforms - Supervise system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment strategies for smooth implementation Qualifications Required: - Project management experience in IT field, with expertise in SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies - Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server), ETL processes, APIs, and cloud technologies - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification would be advantageous - Educational qualification: IT Graduates (B.E. (IT), B.Sc.(IT), B. Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech),
