Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the testing phases and deliver artifacts in conjunction with test execution phases.
Collaborate with project teams during Project Kickoff, PI Prep, Execution Sync, and Test evidence reviews.
Plan and execute Integrated, End-to-End, and Regression Testing aligned with portfolio and program-level epics.
Participate in agile development and collaborate with developers and product managers to plan for testing.
Utilize test management and execution tools, including Jira and Zephyr.
Measure and monitor progress and results during each test to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Ensure adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
Develop reusable automated test scripts and maintain their compatibility.
Facilitate continuous improvement and implement test automation.
Act as the first escalation point for issues during the integrated testing phase.
Create test strategies to achieve defined quality objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert in test management across various methodologies.
Communicate the importance of compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience Requirement:

5-8 years of experience in IT project management and testing.
Strong experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
Experience with automation testing and related tools.
Background in healthcare technology is a plus.
Strong understanding of agile development and test methodologies.
Proven track record in leading test execution phases and managing project testing efforts.
