Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (Website) Location: Lucknow Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Probation Period: 6 Months About Us: Webvoom Pvt. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Project Coordinator (Website) to oversee and manage website projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, developers, and designers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate website development projects from initiation to completion. Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide regular updates. Collaborate with developers, designers, and the marketing team to meet project deadlines. Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports. Monitor project progress and handle issues or delays proactively. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct basic website testing and provide feedback to the development team. Assist in website content upload and basic SEO coordination, if required. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in project coordination or management in IT/Website domain . Good understanding of website development processes (HTML, CSS, CMS, etc.) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
