IT Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator for Port Operations at Mumbai Port Authority, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting operations in the assigned region. Your role will involve coordinating regional activities, ensuring effective communication between regional teams and headquarters, and driving the successful execution of regional strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the assigned region to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among regional teams, departments, and stakeholders to achieve operational objectives. - Plan, implement, and monitor regional projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. - Track and analyze regional performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management on activities, progress, and outcomes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, clients, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and feedback effectively. - Manage regional resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, for optimal utilization and support of regional activities. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards through regular audits and reviews. - Provide training and support to regional staff, identifying development needs to enhance team performance. - Identify and resolve operational issues within the region, implementing solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Experience: 3-5 years in a coordination, management, or operational role, preferably managing multiple teams or projects across a region. - Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in office software and management tools, problem-solving and decision-making skills, relationship-building abilities, detail-oriented with a focus on results.
