IT Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Appadvent Technologies, located in Noida, Sector 63, you will play a crucial role in managing IT projects to ensure they stay within budget, adhere to the schedule, and meet the defined scope. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing assigned IT projects, maintaining project proposals, and ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. - Tracking project milestones, coordinating schedules, and managing expectations in the event of delays. - Implementing project communication plans and providing regular updates to team members and stakeholders. - Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project-related information to prepare basic status reports. - Performing other coordination duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and abilities: - Experience of 6 months to 1 year in the IT/software industry, freshers with internship/project exposure are also encouraged to apply. - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. - Basic analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of project management principles and IT processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and software (experience with Jira is an added advantage). - Ability to coordinate with teams and ensure timely task completion.
