IT Project Coordinator

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator (Intern or Fresher) who will be the communication bridge between our clients, internal development teams, and stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in IT project management and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to design, development, and QA teams
• Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely updates are shared with clients
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and remove blockers for the team
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Support in ensuring project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
• Escalate risks/issues early and help resolve them with the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good understanding of basic IT/software development concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Jira/Trello/Asana is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn project coordination

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
