IT Project Coordinator

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks. You will take detailed notes and create project-related documents, diagrams, and requirement architecture. Furthermore, you will oversee and coordinate development tasks within the team and actively participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and provide updates to the client and product owner. It is essential for you to be flexible to work in late shifts as per project demands and handle support queries to ensure timely resolution. Your role will also involve acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively, and assisting in the preparation of project reports and documentation. Additionally, you will support the team in handling eCommerce-related development projects. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in a similar role. - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Technical Knowledge: Must have experience in software development and database management. - Project Management Skills: Ability to document requirements, create diagrams, and manage client expectations. - Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge in the eCommerce domain is preferred. - Flexibility: Willingness to work in late shifts and handle multiple responsibilities, including PM, BA, and technical support tasks.
