Align and groom requirements with business stakeholders and IT Product Owner.
Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve issues.
Define, align, and develop technology and architecture strategy and planning/roadmap for the Product(s) in scope.
Support solution architects and development teams on planning and follow-up activities.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvement activities across the area.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for the product.
