Job responsibilities:

To be a part of IT Automation Team working on the development of IT Process Automation
Responsible for implementing automation solutions using ITPA tools, PowerShell, Python, Dot Net
Responsible for providing insights from incident/service request tickets from ServiceNow and identifying automation opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements
Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
Rollout changes in production and support workflows post rollout
Responsible to create flow charts using Visio or Word or PowerPoint
Responsible in documenting the SOP for automated process
