Role Overview: As an IT Pre-Sales Consultant at VECTORSTACK, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by understanding client needs, developing tailored IT solutions, and delivering compelling presentations. Your technical expertise and ability to collaborate with various teams will contribute to the success of our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire a solid understanding of the company's IT products, services, and solutions, including software, hardware, networking, and cloud technologies. - Participate in internal training programs to enhance your technical knowledge and pre-sales skills. - Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals for potential clients. - Collaborate with senior Pre-Sales Consultants to identify customer needs and propose appropriate IT solutions. - Participate in meetings with clients to gather detailed requirements and address technical questions during the sales process. - Work with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and product capabilities. - Actively seek opportunities for professional development and contribute to the improvement of internal processes to enhance the pre-sales function. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in a technical role, IT sales support, or a related customer-facing position. - Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking, cloud computing, software applications, and cybersecurity. - Strong interest in technology with the ability to quickly learn new IT products and solutions. - Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to IT sales processes, CRM tools, or cloud platforms. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.,
