IT PMO Manager

You have an opportunity as an IT Project Coordinator Manager professional in Bangalore with over 10 years of experience. As the IT PMO Manager, you will be based at Manyata Tech Park and will be responsible for tracking project status within the IT department. Collaborating with Operations managers and Tower leaders, you will manage and report project status under the IT Program portfolio. Reporting to the IT Program Manager, you will play a crucial role within the IT Project Management Organization. Your responsibilities will include developing best practices and tools for project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking. You will also be tasked with communicating project updates to senior management, including the VP of IT and the global CTO. Furthermore, you will provide support for executive meetings, governance committees, and project managers within the PMO. Your role will involve facilitating project change management processes, resource capacity planning, and the identification and escalation of issues and risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching Operations Managers and IT Tower Leaders on project costs and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Travel may be required based on business demands. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech or MBA, along with experience in IT PMO. You should have at least 12 years of experience using various process management systems and industry-standard project management certifications such as PMP are considered advantageous. Moreover, a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analyst roles for IT software and infrastructure projects is required. Experience in working with automation toolsets and design/deployment of business processes within the technology services industry would be beneficial.
