IT/ Non-IT Sourcer

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lead TA to deeply understand IT hiring needs (roles such as Java, QA, Security Engineer, UX designers etc.) and Non - IT (Account Manager, Sales, Presales, Inside Sales)
  
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies (including cold outreach, social media, tech communities, referrals, Boolean/X-ray searches) to identify passive and active candidates.
  
• Source high-quality candidates across multiple IT & Non-IT domains; build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified profiles.
  
• Screen and engage candidates, assess basic fit and coordinate initial discussions/interviews.
  
• Manage candidate engagement & experience from outreach through to hand-off to the recruiter/hiring manager.
  
• Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools to maintain high data accuracy, pipeline tracking, metrics & reporting.
  
• Leverage employer brand and candidate value proposition to attract technical talent; stay current on market trends, competitor hiring, talent mapping.
  
• Meet/track sourcing KPIs such as number of qualified candidates, outreach response rate, pipeline fill time, submission to hire ratios, etc.
  
• Optionally assist in employer branding initiatives, internal talent pool development and referral programmes for IT roles.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent.
  
• 2-5 years work experience specifically in sourcing or recruitment of IT/technical roles.
  
• Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/GitLab, StackOverflow, tech communities, job boards, etc.
  
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics, pipelines, reporting.
  
• High energy, proactive, ability to work in a dynamic/hypergrowth environment.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritise requisitions, and manage multiple roles concurrently.
