IT- Network Manager

Company Description

Manage IT is a Class A ISP, based out of Mumbai, we are looking for NOC manager to handle the overall network team and make the development or upgradation of network on timely basis.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT-Network Manager at Manage IT in Dombivli(W). The Manager will be responsible for overseeing network operations, network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and computer network operations. This is an on-site role located in the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to address network-related problems.
• Ensure that the network is highly available and meets requirements.
• Proactively monitor network performance and capacity, and plan for growth as needed.
• Develop and maintain NOC policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor NOC staff on technical issues and professional development.

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling any ISP network
• Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Computer Network Operations skills
• Experience in managing network operations and technical support
• Ability to analyze and resolve network issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Five or more years' experience in network operations center management.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.
• Expertise in network monitoring tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range :- 30,000/- to 50,000/-
