Job Description

This is a full-time role for an IT-Network Manager at Manage IT in Dombivli(W). You will be responsible for overseeing network operations, network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and computer network operations. This is an on-site role located in the Head Office. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues. - Collaborate with other departments to address network-related problems. - Ensure that the network is highly available and meets requirements. - Proactively monitor network performance and capacity, and plan for growth as needed. - Develop and maintain NOC policies and procedures. - Coach and mentor NOC staff on technical issues and professional development. This role is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is required for this role. The work location is in person.,
