IT Network Engineer

Role Overview: As a Network Engineer, your main responsibility will be diagnosing and resolving technical issues concerning hardware, software, and networks. Your tasks will involve installing and configuring new hardware, software, and network devices to enhance performance. You will be required to monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of computer systems and networks. Providing technical support to users, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance will also be part of your role. It is crucial to document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge for future reference and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. - Install and configure new hardware, software, and network devices to optimize performance. - Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of computer systems and networks. - Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance. - Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge for future reference and collaboration. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in network engineering or a related field. - Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, including firewalls and Active Directory. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. - Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and determine root causes. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and clients.
