Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional IT project teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions
Oversee ERP & CRM applications, custom applications, integrations, and reporting solutions.
Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality assurance across all technology initiatives.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment of IT strategy with business goals.

Preferred candidate

Experience in managing IT projects within the
real estate, construction, or infrastructure domain
is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, project management tools, and stakeholder management.
Should have handled team size of 10+ members
