Job Description
Goodrich Gasket Pvt Ltd (Flosil Group) is looking for an IT Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations, infrastructure, and business systems to ensure effective support for organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
2. Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees to ensure efficient service delivery.
3. Resolving conflicts or complaints from employees and end-users.
4. Monitoring IT activities and ensuring proper provisioning, staffing, and maintenance of systems.
5. Analyzing information and processes to develop more efficient strategies.
6. Establishing and achieving departmental goals and objectives.
7. Maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to ensure reliability and security.
8. Generating reports and presenting technical information to senior management.
9. Ensuring adherence to company IT policies and procedures.
10. Performing other duties to ensure the overall health and success of IT operations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT Management or IT Operations.
Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment preferred.
