Role & responsibilities

Messaging & Identity Administrator

Responsibilities:

Manage users, groups, and passwords using
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
.
Synchronize identity data across systems such as
Active Directory (AD)
,
SuccessFactors
, and
Leave Management systems
.
Configure security roles, manage access levels, and handle user lifecycle management.
Design and implement
approval workflows
,
multi-level provisioning
, and
application onboarding
in MIM.
Integrate MIM with
Azure AD Premium
, ensuring seamless hybrid identity.
Perform
periodic access reviews
, audits, and compliance checks.
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot
Skype for Business / Lync
infrastructure across multiple global locations.
Manage
SIP trunks
,
Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
,
PSTN gateways
, and
Survivable Branch Appliances
.
Integrate Skype for Business with
Office 365 Unified Messaging
and Exchange.
Deploy and maintain
Skype features
, including persistent chat, Office Web Apps, and telephony components.
Analyze
QoE (Quality of Experience)
and
CQD (Call Quality Dashboard)
reports for performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot call quality and conferencing issues using
Skype for Business Monitoring & Reporting
and
UC Commander
tools.
Strictly follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow.
