Job Description

Technical Support:
Providing assistance with hardware and software problems, installing and configuring applications, troubleshooting network connectivity, and helping users with printing and scanning issues.
Lab Maintenance:
Ensuring the computer lab is clean, safe, and secure, performing regular physical checks on equipment, and reporting maintenance problems to the appropriate personnel.
User Assistance:
Responding to user questions, providing basic instruction on equipment usage, and enforcing lab procedures and policies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining records of activities, documenting maintenance and repair actions, and preparing reports as required.
Inventory and Supplies:
Managing lab supplies, maintaining inventory, and placing orders for needed items.
Monitoring:
Overseeing the lab environment, ensuring proper usage of equipment, and monitoring for potential security risks like malware or spyware
