A Machine Operator's role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery in a production environment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. They are responsible for ensuring quality output, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues that may arise. Key aspects include safety, quality control, and adherence to production specifications. Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation:Prepare machines for production by following specifications, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functioning.
• Monitoring and Adjustments:Continuously observe machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Quality Control:Inspect products, identify defects, and remove non-conforming items to maintain quality standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any major malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production data, and any issues encountered.
• Material Handling:Supply raw materials to machines and prepare finished products for the next stage in the production process.
• Communication:Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:Experience with operating and maintaining specific types of machinery, including the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate machine setup, quality control, and record keeping.
• Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery, making adjustments or reporting problems as needed.
• Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Safety Awareness:Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to machine operation.
• Communication Skills:Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Mechanical Aptitude:Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to use hand tools for minor repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,600.00 - ₹11,500.00 per month
