Key Responsibilities:

• User Support:
• Assist in responding to and resolving user support requests via email, phone, or in-person.
• Help with setting up new user accounts, hardware installations, and software configurations.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions provided.
• Surveillance Monitoring:
• Monitor and report incidents or anomalies from the CCTV or surveillance systems.
• Perform routine checks to ensure surveillance equipment is operational.
• Backup Assistance:
• Support daily/weekly backup procedures under guidance from the IT team.
• Assist in verifying the integrity and consistency of backup data.
• Basic Troubleshooting:
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Inventory and Asset Management:
• Help track and update IT asset inventory, including hardware and software.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, computer hardware, and networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
