IT Intern

You will be part of a leading name in U.S. logistics support and technology solutions, Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd., which is expanding its technical division to enhance IT infrastructure and network reliability. Join the team to gain hands-on experience with real-world hardware and networking systems in a professional setting. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking devices. - Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing hardware or software faults. - Support LAN/WAN connectivity for smooth network operations. - Perform regular system backups and hardware inspections. - Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking documentation. - Provide technical support to internal teams for hardware or connectivity issues. - Learn and implement basic cybersecurity and data protection protocols. - Collaborate with the IT team to set up new systems and network devices. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Basic understanding of computer hardware components and networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, routers, switches, etc.). - Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic command-line tools. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. You are eligible if you are pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / MCA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of networking tools and configurations is an advantage.
