The Telecalling Executive will play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales support for our waterproofing and repair solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and the capability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers via phone calls to introduce and explain our waterproofing and Repair Services. - Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet our target customer criteria. - Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience. - Educate customers on the benefits of proactive upkeep and our self-audit app. - Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the construction or technology sector. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
