This includes overseeing the installa¢on of technology infrastructure, managing digital communica¢on systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and ensuring the integra¢on of technology solu¢ons that support the plant's opera¢ons. Key Skills & Competencies ¢ Knowledge of integra¢ng IT systems with opera¢onal technologies (OT), such as Manufacturing Execu¢on Systems (MES), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisi¢on (SCADA) systems. ¢ ¢ Exper¢se in managing network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and VPNs. Ability to design, implement, and maintain IT systems across the plant Must have worked in Infrastructure Project & Manufacturing Plant, planning, executing, and managing IT requirements from start to finish. ¢ Experience of Solar Module & Cell Manufacturing Project/Plant Preferred Key Responsibili¢es: 1. IT Infrastructure Management: ¢ ¢ ¢ Network Setup and Maintenance: Oversee the installa¢on, congura¢on, and ongoing maintenance of the plants network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connec¢vity across the plant. Hardware and So¢ware Management: Manage the procurement, installa¢on, and maintenance of hardware (e.g., servers, worksta¢ons, printers, scanners) and so¢ware. System Integra¢on: Integrate IT systems with opera¢onal technologies such as Manufacturing Execu¢on Systems (MES), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and other automa¢on systems used in the plant. 2. So¢ware and Technology Integra¢on: ¢ Hardware and So¢ware Management: Manage the procurement, installa¢on, and maintenance of hardware (e.g., servers, worksta¢ons, printers, scanners) and so¢ware (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, produc¢on management so¢ware). ¢ System Integra¢on: Integrate IT systems with opera¢onal technologies such as Manufacturing Execu¢on Systems (MES), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and other automa¢on systems used in the plant. 3. Cybersecurity and Data Protec¢on: ¢ ¢ ¢ Ensure Data Security: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensi¢ve data, including construc¢on plans, nancial data, and personal informa¢on of workers and stakeholders. Access Control: Set up appropriate access controls for the IT systems, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to cri¢cal project data and systems. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Establish a reliable data backup and disaster recovery plan, ensuring that cri¢cal informa¢on is preserved in case of hardware failures, cybera¢acks, or other issues.

IT Support and Troubleshoo¢ng: ¢ ¢ ¢ Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoo¢ng issues related to hardware, so¢ware, network connec¢vity, and other IT-related problems. Preven¢ve Maintenance: Monitor the health of IT systems and devices to iden¢fy and address poten¢al issues proac¢vely, preven¢ng down¢me. Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage rela¢onships with external IT service providers, including so¢ware vendors, hardware suppliers, and outsourced IT support. 5. Manufacturing So¢ware Systems Management: ¢ ERP and MES Systems: Oversee the implementa¢on, customiza¢on, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Oracle) and Manufacturing Execu¢on Systems (MES) to ensure seamless integra¢on across the manufacturing process. ¢ ¢ Produc¢on and Inventory Systems: Manage so¢ware systems that support produc¢on planning, scheduling, inventory management, supply chain tracking, and quality control. Data Analy¢cs: Implement and manage data analy¢cs systems to provide real-¢me insights into plant performance, produc¢on eciency, and quality control.
