It Infrastructure Manager

Purpose of the Role

The candidate will be responsible for Planning, setup, implementation, maintenance of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, IT Security and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: BE / BTech / MCA

• Certification on any Cloud Infrastructure will be added advantage
• Experience: 9 -10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure

Key Deliverable of the Role

• Experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, network troubleshoot and end-user services
• Administration of AD, O365, Switches, Firewall, Gateway and Endpoint Security
• Hands-on skills on Zscaler, FortiGate, Sophos Endpoint security measures
• Worked on Manage Engine Asset Inventory and IT Helpdesk Ticketing System
• Experience in setup VC Applications like MS Teams, Google Meet and Zoom

Skills, Softwares and Competencies

1. Hardware & Software Support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot of laptops, printers and mobile devices
• Basic hardware replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, batteries, etc.)
• OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Application/software deployment and issue resolution

2. Network & Connectivity

• LAN/WAN troubleshooting and support

• Wi-Fi access point management and configuration

• VPN configuration and remote user support

3. User Access & Identity Management

• Active Directory (user creation, password resets, group policy updates)

• Email account setup and permissions (Office 365/Exchange)

• Cloud drive and folder access permissions like OneDrive and Durva

4. Security & Compliance

• Endpoint protection and antivirus management (e.g., Sophos, Defender)

• Security patching and software updates

• Awareness of basic IT security policies and user best practices

5. Ticketing & Incident Management

• Experience with ticketing tools (Zoho Desk, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, Salesforce)

6. Tools & Technical Proficiency

• Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
