IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests through Active Directory/O365.
• Log and track issues in the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate with the central IT team for escalations and vendor support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software) for the site.
• Ensure proper functioning of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and assist in troubleshooting.
• Support video conferencing, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools.
• Perform routine system checks, antivirus updates, and backups as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and O365 administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
