We are an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leavegender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances Job Title IT Infrastructure Analyst M365 Administrator Location Mumbai About Us Ingersoll Rand is committed to achieving workforce diversity reflective of our communities We are an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leavegender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances Job & Division Summary The IT Infrastructure Analyst M365 Administrator is responsible for managing, implementing and continuously improving the organizations global Microsoft 365 (O365) environment This individual is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of M365 including Office 365 admin center, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and related applications and systems The IT Infrastructure Analyst M365 Administrator help implementing process to automate or eliminate repeatable tasks and reduce administrative overhead and workplace operations, including configuration variations, performance issues on endpoint devices, and security vulnerabilities Responsibilities Administer, support and continuously improve Microsoft 365 technologies and determine how to maximize business value from products Helping the Supervisor and IT Core Services Manager in the design of Microsoft 365 environment Managing user and shared mailboxes, permissions, distribution groups, OneDrive and teams sites Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems Provide end-user support and managing tickets and tasks Providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365 Ensure that documentation and training is in place for operations teams Support resolution of high-priority outages, troubleshooting efforts, and capacity/availability planning sessions Support technology projects and planning Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies Work closely with Infrastructure & Operations partners to drive coordination and collaboration throughout the organization Work closely with IT Project managers to support M&A activities related to Microsoft 365 workstreams Skills Requirements Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent Experience And Qualifications 5-9 years solid hands-on experience of implementing, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 environment Experience supporting enterprise IT deployment projects Good understanding of Modern Workplace technologies including hardware, software, services, and SaaS tools Examples include end user devices, Modern Endpoint Management tools, MECM and Intune Good understanding of AD, Entra ID, Windows Client OS and PowerShell Good understanding of adjacent technologies (identity, security, endpoint management, vulnerability management, asset management, IT service management, analytics, etc) Competencies Ability to quickly learn, implement and utilize new technologies Enablement mindset The ability to focus on empowering and ensuring that employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology Analytical and problem solving Combines and organizes information into meaningful patterns; identifies underlying relationships, causes and effects; and combines pieces of information to form conclusions or general rules Communications Excellent oral and written communication skills Change Management The ability to effectively guide and sustain people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment Fearlessness Does not shy away from big ideas Flexibility Willing to roll up the sleeves and help, or dive, into details when necessary Dexterity The ability to learn and utilize Microsoft 365 technologies to enable new ways of work Vision The ability to see and explain how Microsoft 365 technology can improve employee experience, engagement, and productivity Pragmatic and detail oriented Consistently takes a thorough, accurate, organized, and productive approach Influence Ability to gain agreement and support for ideas and initiatives Business-results orientation Seeks to understand business needs and works to anticipate, identify, and meet end-user needs What We Offer We are all owners of the company!
