The IT Infrastructure Analyst - M365 Administrator help implementing process to automate or eliminate repeatable tasks and reduce administrative overhead and workplace operations, including configuration variations, performance issues on endpoint devices, and security vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support and continuously improve Microsoft 365 technologies and determine how to maximize business value from products.
- Helping the Supervisor and IT Core Services Manager in the design of Microsoft 365 environment.
- Managing user and shared mailboxes, permissions, distribution groups, OneDrive and team s sites.
- Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems.
- Provide end-user support and managing tickets and tasks.
- Providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365
- Ensure that documentation and training is in place for operations teams.
- Support resolution of high-priority outages, troubleshooting efforts, and capacity/availability planning sessions.
- Support technology projects and planning.
- Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies.
- Work closely with Infrastructure & Operations partners to drive coordination and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Work closely with IT Project managers to support M&A activities related to Microsoft 365 workstreams.
Skills Requirements
Education
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
Experience and Qualifications
- 3-6 years solid hands-on experience of implementing, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT deployment projects.
- Good understanding of Modern Workplace technologies including hardware, software, services, and SaaS tools. Examples include end user devices, Modern Endpoint Management tools, MECM and Intune.
- Good understanding of AD, Entra ID, Windows Client OS and PowerShell.
- Good understanding of adjacent technologies (identity, security, endpoint management, vulnerability management, asset management, IT service management, analytics, etc.).
