Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive IT Helper to support day-to-day IT operations and assist users with basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and software
• Handle password resets and basic OS-related issues
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues
• Coordinate with senior IT staff for issue resolution
• Maintain IT inventory and basic documentation

Education Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Candidate:

• fresher with internship experience in IT support/helpdesk

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
