Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to international users via phone, addressing a variety of IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
Utilize hands-on experience with
Microsoft tools
(e.g., Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Outlook) to assist users effectively.
Document all support tickets, resolutions, and relevant information accurately in the helpdesk system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Guide users through problem-solving steps and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

About You:

You are a
Graduate
with a minimum of
1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice)
.
You possess strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft tools
.
You have excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor.
You are customer-focused, patient, and have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
You are adept at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple support requests.
