Job Description

You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support via phone, email, or in person. - Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. - Installing and configuring desktops, printers, and IT equipment. - Supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications. - Managing user accounts and access rights in Active Directory. - Documenting issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Assisting with software deployment, patch updates, and IT inventory. - Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff. You should have: - Minimum 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience. - Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS. - Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP). - Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Basic awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
